Payment is due immediately upon the completion of your appointment via email transfer at [email protected]. If this is not possible for any reason, please let me know prior to the day of our appointment so that we can discuss other payment options. Additional remedies or advice requested between appointments incur an additional charge. This includes the time taken to research and/or prepare remedies.
Depending upon your preference, you will receive an email or text confirming your appointment at the time of booking, as well as another one several days before. I require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, I can sometimes fill the appointment from my waiting list. If I cannot or you do not show up for your appointment, I may invoice you for the full cost of the appointment.
Last Minute Changes
If you are ill, have an emergency or driving conditions are dangerous, I will not charge a cancellation fee if a rescheduled appointment is promptly made. If I have enough notice and it is possible to do so, we can alter your in-person appointment to a virtual appointment.
